About the Role
AIFISE places design at the heart of the user experience, shaping how automation, trust, and financial workflows are perceived. They seek a Product Designer capable of simplifying complex systems into intuitive, scalable products. This role is ideal for someone passionate about resolving real user challenges through research, interaction design, and refined visual presentation.
Key Responsibilities
The Product Designer will work closely with teams across product, engineering, and growth to craft user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and polished user interfaces that enhance the overall product experience. The work requires balancing user requirements, business objectives, and technical limitations while maintaining usability, clarity, and platform consistency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience with digital product design supported by a strong portfolio featuring detailed case studies.
- Expertise in Figma and design systems, including responsive and component-based design methodologies.
- Capability to perform user research, extract insights, and convert these into clear user flows.
- Solid understanding of interaction design, visual hierarchy, accessibility, and UX fundamentals.
- Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams to refine requirements and aid effective implementation.
- Additional advantage for candidates with prior work in fintech, SaaS, or products managing complex workflows.
