Key Responsibilities
- Enhance product designs and implement updates.
- Conduct quality inspections on product samples and finalized items.
- Compile quality control reports, checklists, and maintain product documentation.
- Develop technical files and detailed specifications for suppliers.
- Oversee and evaluate product samples received from Amazon.
- Diagnose issues with products and propose effective solutions.
Candidate Requirements
- Fundamental knowledge of bag construction techniques, fabric types, and stitching processes.
- Strong detail orientation and problem-solving aptitude.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Prior experience in product design or quality assurance is advantageous.
