Role Overview

As a Product Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in transforming transaction data into dependable insights. Working closely with the co-founders, you will take ownership of all key metrics, data models, and dashboards that support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and ensure consistent calculation of KPIs that drive each team.
• Create data models and build dashboards that convert raw call, debt, and payment information into trusted insights.
• Develop automated invoicing processes to handle billing in multiple currencies for banking clients.
• Design experiments and analyze data to differentiate true recovery improvements from noise.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies by addressing root causes.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong analytical mind with experience building metrics and models that influence business operations.
• Proficient in SQL and Python programming languages.
• Results-driven, taking ownership until data impacts decisions.
• Holds a STEM degree, ranked among top of the class, with rigorous quantitative skills and a champion’s mindset.
• Familiar with AI applications, emphasizing quality control and avoiding automation errors.
• Open to learning collections and fintech domains quickly; domain expertise is not mandatory.
