Role Overview

As a Product Data Analyst I specializing in HR, your primary responsibility will be enhancing the AI/ML system's precision by delivering detailed annotated data related to job skills and candidate-job fit assessments. This role involves validating or adjusting system-generated fit scores and confirming or rejecting candidate matches, which will refine the model's learning and ultimately elevate recruiting experiences with more accurate candidate fits and increased match success for posting clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate annotation of job and candidate data, particularly focusing on job skills.
  • Review and correct fit scores generated by the AI system to ensure reliability.
  • Assess and determine the validity of AI-proposed candidate-job matches.
  • Collaborate towards improving AI/ML model performance by supplying quality annotated data.
  • Support enhancement of candidate fit metrics and optimize job match rates for customers.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of one year experience in recruitment coupled with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand job descriptions and critically evaluate candidate profiles.
  • Resilience and adaptability with a track record of consistently meeting targets.
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts including occasional weekends.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or relevant discipline.
