About the Role

Join Snoonu as a Producer, where you will spearhead the creation of our visual brand identity by overseeing our entire multimedia production process. You will lead a team of skilled creatives, taking projects from initial concept through to polished delivery, crafting captivating content that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the end-to-end production of photography, videography, and social media content, ensuring top-notch quality and creativity at every stage.
• Supervise and mentor the Videographer/Editor, Photographer, and Content Creator, fostering their growth and enhancing team output.
• Oversee the production workflow including planning, scheduling, resource management, and delivery aligned with marketing goals.
• Collaborate closely with Creative, Brand, Social Media, PR, and Event teams to interpret briefs and translate them into engaging visual stories.
• Participate hands-on in content creation by leading shoots, creating creative treatments, shot lists, and storyboards, and supervising post-production.
• Maintain consistency with Snoonu’s visual guidelines, tone, and brand standards across all outputs.
• Continuously seek out innovative production methods, AI tools, and new content formats to boost both efficiency and creativity.
• Manage budgets, equipment, freelancers, and external production partners as needed.
• Enhance production procedures to reliably deliver high-quality outputs within set deadlines.

Candidate Profile

• Possess over 5 years in creative or content production, or production management.
• Demonstrate a strong portfolio featuring commercial campaigns, social media, and brand narratives.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
• Experienced in directing both photo and video shoots encompassing pre- and post-production phases.
• Understand social media content trends, platform preferences, and current best practices.
• Familiarity with AI-driven creative tools to optimize production workflows is an advantage.
• Adept at production planning, budgeting, and resource distribution.
