Position Overview

- Ensure all produce items are accurately priced and labeled, adhering to protocols for orders, clearances, price changes, signage, and labels.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and cold storage procedures including monthly temperature checks, correct food handling, and monitoring expiration dates.
- Stock and restock products as needed, apply necessary product protections, and arrange display modules to keep shelves fully stocked.
- Adhere to health and safety policies to maintain a safe and hygienic workplace.
- Be flexible to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business demands and provide consistent service.
Challenges in This Role
- Manage a high volume of tasks in a fast-changing environment, planning and pacing energy for overnight and daytime shifts.
- Efficiently handle rapid restocking and recovery tasks to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform physically demanding duties such as standing for long periods, bending, and lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.; execute repetitive stocking and organizing tasks with care and attention to store standards.

Compensation
The starting minimum wage for this position is $18.70 per hour.
