• Adhere to health and safety policies to maintain a safe and hygienic workplace.
• Be flexible to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business demands and provide consistent service.

Challenges in This Role

• Manage a high volume of tasks in a fast-changing environment, planning and pacing energy for overnight and daytime shifts.
• Efficiently handle rapid restocking and recovery tasks to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform physically demanding duties such as standing for long periods, bending, and lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.; execute repetitive stocking and organizing tasks with care and attention to store standards.

Compensation

The starting minimum wage for this position is $18.70 per hour.
