Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all produce is labeled and priced accurately, following company procedures for ordering, pricing adjustments, and signage.
• Adhere strictly to food safety and cold chain protocols, including temperature monitoring, sanitary handling, and compliance with sell-by and expiration dates.
• Stock products as required, apply protective measures when necessary, and arrange displays and shelving (modulars, flex modulars, shelf caps) to keep inventory well presented.
• Comply fully with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe, clean workspace.
• Be flexible with work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support business demands.

Challenges in This Position

• Managing a high volume of tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during overnight shifts, while sustaining focus and energy.
• Execution of physically demanding duties, such as standing for long periods, bending, and lifting stock weighing up to 20 lbs regularly, and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Consistency and attention to detail in repetitive tasks like stocking and zoning to maintain store standards.

Compensation

The starting wage for this role is $18.05 per hour.
