Position Overview

  • Stock and downstock merchandise as needed, implement product protection when necessary, and set up modular displays such as flex modulars and shelf caps to keep shelves fully stocked.
  • Observe all health and safety policies to maintain a safe, clean work environment.
  • Be flexible and willing to work diverse shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet operational needs and ensure consistent customer service.

Challenges in the Role

  • Handle a high volume of tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during overnight shifts, requiring good planning to stay alert and effective.
  • Manage extensive restocking and recovery duties accurately and promptly despite the workload intensity.
  • Meet physical demands such as standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting items up to 20 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
  • Perform repetitive stock-related tasks with precision and consistency to maintain store standards.

Salary
