• Manage merchandise stocking and removal, including the use of product protection measures and setting up displays such as modulars and shelf caps to ensure the department remains well stocked.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe workplace.
• Be flexible with shift schedules, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support consistent store operations and customer service.

Challenges and Physical Requirements

• Effectively handle a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment, including overnight shifts, ensuring sustained focus and energy.
• Perform physically demanding duties such as standing for long periods, bending, and lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Execute repetitive tasks like stacking, zoning, and organizing with attention to detail and consistency.
