Job description
Job Responsibilities
- Receive and follow up on purchase requests ensuring all details are complete.
- Request and track price quotations from suppliers.
- Issue and monitor purchase orders until materials are received.
- Coordinate with warehouses and relevant departments to guarantee timely availability of required items.
- Update supplier information and archive documents and contracts systematically.
- Assist in sourcing new suppliers and support localization of suppliers and raw materials.
- Prepare periodic reports related to procurement and supply chain activities.
- Enter and update data in the ERP system while adhering strictly to procurement policies and procedures.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the procurement manager.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with less than one year of experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Good command of English language.
