Overview
EM Services Pte Ltd, a trusted name in township and estate management in Singapore with over 35 years' expertise, is seeking a Procurement Manager. Our company focuses on providing integrated facilities management and maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation of residential, commercial, and public properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise internal and external stakeholders on procurement policies, procedures, and processes.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply strictly with the Procurement Policy and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Prepare and issue quotation and tender documents adhering to established requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from various Business Units and clients to coordinate procurement needs.
- Review and evaluate received quotations and tenders thoroughly.
- Compile summaries of bids, draft approval documents, and issue Letters of Award.
- Support periodic reporting related to procurement activities.
- Assist in enhancing internal processes through procurement strategy initiatives.
- Conduct vendor screening and perform analytical studies as required.
- Perform additional ad-hoc duties assigned periodically.
Candidate Profile
- Holds at least a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Possesses a minimum of seven years' experience in sourcing within procurement or contracting functions.
- Shows strong interest and capability in strategic change, business management, and pursuing operational excellence through business process improvements.
- Exhibits excellent presentation, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to sway stakeholder groups even under challenging or high-pressure conditions.
