Procurement Analyst - RBU

Role Purpose

Provide analytics and insights in procurement, category intelligence, bid evaluations, reporting, and tracking of savings to facilitate data-driven decision-making for the QMM procurement program.

Key Accountabilities

• Create procurement dashboards, progress trackers, executive reports, and KPI summaries.
• Evaluate supplier pricing, bid returns, category benchmarks, and current market trends.
• Develop commercial comparison tables, calculate savings, and conduct scenario analyses.
• Manage supplier databases, procurement schedules, and category pipeline information.
• Assist with governance reporting at important project milestones.
• Track savings realization, procurement status, and risk factors.

Requirements

• Between 3 and 7 years of experience in procurement analysis, commercial or cost analysis, or business reporting.
• Proficient in advanced Excel and experienced with Power BI or equivalent reporting tools.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Business, or Law, aligned with the role's scope.
• Experience in sectors like construction, real estate, infrastructure, developer-led procurement, or similar capital project settings.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, governance compliance, commercial discipline, and maintaining comprehensive procurement documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare commercial comparison tables, savings calculations, tender evaluations, procurement dashboards, and governance reports.
• Experience supporting procurement for construction-related packages, engineering services, materials, fit-outs, or infrastructure scopes.
• Collaborative experience working with project teams, commercial departments, finance groups, senior leadership, and external vendors.
