Job Overview

Join Kreher Family Farms as a Processing Attendant I and be directly involved in the critical steps of packing and shipping fresh eggs distributed daily across New York State and beyond. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our quality eggs reach our customers efficiently.

Key Duties

• Pack eggs into boxes or racks for shipping.
• Support machine and facility cleaning during and after shifts.
• Gain knowledge of related tasks including egg candling, supplying cartons and flats to machines, and assisting with date labeling and packer operations.
• Conduct safety inspections on all machinery used in the process.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent attention to detail and observation.
• Capable of performing repetitive hand and arm motions.
• Able to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• Demonstrates a positive, proactive attitude.
• Works efficiently handling delicate products without sacrificing speed.
• Spanish-English bilingualism is advantageous but not mandatory.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
