Process Executive - Customer Support

Lyros Technologies Pvt Ltd, a CMMI Level 3 company, is seeking Process Executives to handle customer support roles for prominent multinational corporations located in Bangalore and Hyderabad. The openings are suitable for both freshers and candidates with up to five years of experience across diverse customer interaction channels.

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and deliver effective solutions promptly.
• Engage with customers through voice calls, chat, or email as per the assigned process.
• Ensure efficient resolution of issues while upholding high standards of service quality.
• Maintain courteous and professional communication at all times.
• Adhere strictly to company protocols, quality benchmarks, and performance metrics.

Candidate Requirements

• Open to freshers and individuals with 0 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient English communication skills.
• Basic familiarity with computer operations.
• Strong customer management and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work either day shifts or rotational shifts (including US timings).
• Preference for candidates available to start immediately or within a brief notice period.

Compensation and Work Schedule

• Freshers offered a salary ranging from 2,05,000 to 4,00,000 INR per annum.
• Experienced professionals may earn up to 6,50,000 INR annually, depending on skills, experience, and process requirements.
• Workweek comprises five days.
• Shift patterns include fixed day shifts and rotational shifts catering to US clients.
• Transportation is provided for two-way commute up to 30 kilometers during US rotational shifts.
