Job description
Position Summary
The Process Coordinator ensures the smooth functioning of office processes managed via Google Sheets. This role requires monitoring tasks, ensuring timely completion, performing follow-ups, and reporting on process adherence without directly executing the operational work.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily verification of all systems using the "Today 5 PM" tab at 5 pm.
- Communicate directly with task owners regarding delays or missing entries, documenting reasons and revised timelines.
- Cross-check daily entries against ERP, bank statements, and courier slips to detect any missing records immediately.
- Prepare and send a concise daily summary report to the Director's office by 6:30 pm highlighting completed tasks, outstanding items, responsible personnel, and discrepancies found.
- Produce a weekly Monday negative MIS report detailing late tasks, missed entries, and on-time percentages per individual.
- Participate in Monday review meetings to present MIS findings.
- Assist with spot audits by verifying random ERP or bank entries against corresponding sheet records.
Performance Metrics
- Completion of daily 5 pm system checks without exception on working days.
- Identification of missing entries must be proactive and discovered by the coordinator, not management.
- Daily summary reports consistently submitted by 6:30 pm.
- Weekly MIS reports finalized by Monday 10 am.
Candidate Profile
- Required education is preferably a graduate degree in B.Com, BBA, or BMS, though freshers with strong aptitude may be considered.
- 1 to 3 years experience in MIS, back office, coordination, or operations support is preferred.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel, including filters, COUNTIF, and basic VLOOKUP.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to politely remind senior staff about pending tasks daily.
- Highly organized and punctual with a commitment to follow through on all assignments.
- Good command of written English and either Hindi or Marathi.
- Experience in logistics is advantageous but not mandatory.
Additional Details
- Positions available focus on two areas: Money and Billing (handling broker and vendor payments, receipts, billing corrections) and Operations and Client (handling indent-to-delivery processes, customer service, client setup, courier management, compliance, and IT checklists).
- Work schedule is Monday to Saturday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, based at the company's Andheri East office in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
- Monthly salary ranges between ₹15,000 and ₹30,000.
