Process Associate - Chat Support

Overview

We are seeking candidates for the role of Process Associate in Chat Support within our customer service team at Sutherland, located in Chennai. This position involves assisting customers via chat channels and providing exceptional support in English communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling customer queries and support requests through chat communication.
• Delivering prompt and effective solutions in a professional manner.
• Maintaining consistent communication tailored to international customer standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Fresh graduates as well as candidates with a minimum of 6 months relevant customer support experience may apply.
• Strong command over spoken and written English communication.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts including night hours with weekly off days rotating accordingly.

Additional Information

• This is an office-based position at Gateway Office Parks SEZ, Perungalathur, Chennai.
• One-way cab service along with transport allowance is provided to support commuting needs.
• Immediate joining is expected.

Interview Process

• Participation in HR interview.
• Panel interview with service delivery team.
• Completion of non-voice assessment as part of screening.
