Job description
Position Overview
Muthoot Finance is seeking a Probationary Officer based in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate should hold an MBA in Marketing and will be entrusted with managing sales and operations at the branch level involving a range of banking and NBFC products.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee sales and operational processes for various financial products including gold loans, personal loans, home loans, auto and vehicle loans, mortgage loans, and related allied products at the branch.
- Identify and generate new business leads and effectively pitch these financial solutions to customers visiting the branch.
- Deliver excellent client services to maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers, managing all facets of their experience.
- Engage in corporate sales targeting premium and high net worth individual (HNI) clients to expand the customer base.
- Develop and execute strategic plans aimed at meeting and surpassing sales targets set for the branch.
Additional Information
Salary for the position ranges from INR 12,300 to INR 25,000 per month. The role requires full-time onsite presence at the Visakhapatnam branch.
