Key Responsibilities
- Manage ownership of reconciliations and customized reporting packages delivered daily or monthly for clients and internal teams.
- Prepare daily cash flows and perform reconciliations against bank statements and custodians, quickly resolving discrepancies.
- Serve as primary contact for external parties such as fund custodians and investment managers, handling data verifications and ad hoc reporting inquiries.
- Handle credit fund lifecycle events ensuring accurate and timely delivery of all related materials.
- Liaise with clients to ensure the entire team is aware and aligned on daily deliverables and expectations.
- Oversee junior team members providing training and development support.
- Drive process improvements to ensure timely and effective solution delivery.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of portfolio reporting tasks, internal systems, and client service delivery.
- Ensure all agreed client and trustee deadlines and service levels are met.
- Prioritize, complete, and delegate tasks effectively while upholding high-quality client service.
- Utilize market knowledge and best practices in managing transactions and data flows.
- Engage in strategic initiatives to cultivate leadership skills.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in finance, accounting, business, or economics.
- At least 5 years of experience in financial or business service roles.
- Experience with loan operations and credit/debt fund management.
- Proven ability to mentor, manage workloads, and train team members.
- Competent at researching and resolving issues independently.
- Professional, organized, and approachable communication style.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good familiarity with Bloomberg, performance systems, and analysis tools.
- Strong attention to detail and capable of performing accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability and willingness to adhere to deadlines.
