About the Role

Join Next Education India Pvt Ltd as a Print Designer, where you will collaborate with design and academic teams to craft visually captivating book designs. Your responsibilities will cover creating book covers, interior layouts, and various print materials that maintain high quality and align with the publication's vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually striking and market-appropriate book covers.
• Develop interior book layouts involving text, images, and illustrations.
• Work closely with subject matter experts, editors, and senior designers to comprehend project needs and objectives.
• Ensure designs are print-ready and adhere to industry quality standards.
• Maintain design consistency and quality across multiple projects.
• Prepare print files accurately and coordinate with printing vendors.
• Keep abreast of emerging design trends, printing technologies, and publishing guidelines.
• Manage several design tasks concurrently while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.

Candidate Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Solid knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Exceptional attention to detail and aesthetic judgment.
• Open to feedback and capable of refining designs accordingly.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience in book or print design is advantageous.

Additional Information

This is an onsite position located in Hyderabad, India. Interested candidates who are graduates are encouraged to apply. The expected salary range for this position is INR 200,000 to INR 350,000 annually.
