Overview

As a Principal Project Manager within Microsoft Industry Solutions Delivery at Microsoft Frontier Company, you will play a crucial role supporting customers primarily in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait in deploying artificial intelligence and Microsoft cloud technologies to revolutionize their business operations. You will collaborate intimately with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment of business objectives, technical solutions, and change management from project inception to deployment. Your efforts will help convert strategic goals into actionable programs that deliver tangible value from Microsoft and AI investments.

In this leadership role, you will manage complex consulting projects by coordinating virtual teams, overseeing scope, timeline, budget, and guiding customers through organizational change to achieve desired results. You’ll act as a bridge between executive sponsors, stakeholders, and technical staff, clarifying needs into actionable delivery plans and managing risks methodically. Additionally, you will facilitate customers in maximizing Microsoft platform use while contributing to the growth of Microsoft Industry Solutions Delivery, working among a community committed to delivery excellence, impactful customer outcomes, and ethical AI use.

Responsibilities

• Direct solution delivery initiatives for strategic clients throughout the entire lifecycle, guaranteeing secure, superior-quality execution from envisioning and design to rollout and adoption.
• Lead project initiation and detailed planning for large-scale, complex, or high-profile engagements by confirming scope, creating work breakdown structures, coordinating cross-functional resources, and setting explicit stakeholder expectations.
• Manage contracting workflows involving customers and partners, including briefing, partner candidate selection, alignment with delivery goals, and overseeing contract amendments, delivery acceptance, and invoicing per compliance parameters.
• Track and ensure performance, quality, risk mitigation, and financial metrics for extensive, multifaceted projects; proactively address risks and issues, driving problem resolution and escalation when required.
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior internal and customer stakeholders, advocate for the customer’s perspective, preside over steering or governance committees, and report on project health, value realization, and subsequent opportunities.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing sophisticated technology projects, such as cloud migration programs, AI-driven transformations, and change management and adoption efforts.
• Demonstrated fiscal ownership of project execution, including budget management, forecasting, and overall financial outcomes.
• Exceptional stakeholder management ability, adept at engaging, influencing, and establishing credibility with director-level and senior leadership executives.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Arabic and English languages.
• Certifications including Agile credentials such as Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or Professional Scrum Master I (PSM1).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
