Product Team Culture

AI is intrinsic to the way we build, not an add-on. Product Managers are expected to define evaluation criteria assessing accuracy, reliability, and edge cases for AI features. We work collaboratively across Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing with AI-driven development cycles, constantly refining our approach to enhance speed, consistency, and quality.

Candidate Profile

You are outcome-driven, acting with urgency and refusing to settle for mediocrity. You pose incisive questions, challenge norms, and excel in dynamic settings. Collaboration fuels your growth, and you embrace continual improvement. You leverage tools like AI and automation alongside a growth mindset to build meaningful products.

You excel in ambiguity and originate new capabilities from first principles, shaping product vision, system architecture, and identifying intersections between technology, customer needs, and business goals. Your knowledge of modern AI systems such as large language models (LLMs), retrieval mechanisms, agents, and evaluation frameworks enables you to translate these technologies into practical customer solutions. You think systematically about data models, APIs, workflows, automation, and user experience together.

You influence strategy and execution across Product, Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market teams effectively. Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management, agreement intelligence, document automation, legal tech, procurement, or adjacent workflows is advantageous but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Set product vision, strategy, and detailed plans for key segments of the Intellistack platform.
• Collect and integrate customer feedback, market trends, competitive analysis, and stakeholder insights to guide product development.
• Lead creation of AI-native features combining workflows, documents, structured data, automation, and intelligent decision-making.
• Define ways AI elements like LLMs, agents, and retrieval systems deliver unique customer advantages.
• Develop and implement frameworks to evaluate AI-powered product performance and success metrics.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design to clarify requirements, prioritize efforts, and ensure successful outcomes.
• Boost product adoption and commercial success through partnership with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams.
• Influence product messaging, packaging, and competitive positioning.
• Design platform capabilities that benefit multiple products, workflows, and user scenarios.
• Advise company leadership on emerging AI, automation, and enterprise software opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Over eight years of product management experience within B2B SaaS or enterprise software sectors.
• Proven track record in developing or leading AI-native products, platforms, or smart automation services.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, retrieval systems, agents, and AI evaluation processes.
• Demonstrated ability to formulate strategy and deliver measurable product, customer, and business results.
• Strong technical competence in APIs, data architectures, integrations, and system design compromises.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering teams to define product requirements and drive delivery.
• Skilled in gathering and applying enterprise customer insights to influence successful product decisions.
• Excellent communication skills capable of influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Adept at juggling multiple priorities without losing strategic focus or execution quality.
• Experience leading cross-disciplinary projects in fast-paced, rapidly expanding environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Contract Lifecycle Management, legal tech, agreement workflows, procurement systems, or document automation.
• Background in developing products integrating documents, workflows, structured data, and automation.
• Familiarity with no-code platforms, workflow automation, or enterprise productivity tools.
• Involvement in enterprise platform consolidation or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience building platform-level products instead of isolated solutions.
• Expertise in designing and launching AI-powered workflow, automation, or knowledge management systems.

Work Locations

We operate a hybrid model with hubs in Denver, Fishers (Indiana), Menlo Park, Los Angeles, Toronto, and Krakow (Poland). Some roles provide location flexibility; others require proximity to these hubs. Our culture is built on trust, collaboration, and the best fit for our people and business.

Compensation

Salary range: 200000 to 260000 CAD annually, subject to skills, experience, and location.
