Principal Product Manager - HR Platforms & Technology

Overview

Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead and expand their portfolio of AI-native performance and talent management products. This hands-on role involves transforming customer insights into rapid prototypes and scalable enterprise solutions using cutting-edge AI tools such as Lovable, Claude, and Co-Pilot. Situated in Hyderabad, this position offers a unique opportunity to shape innovative enterprise outcome agents that provide measurable value to customers.

Role and Responsibilities

• Own the complete lifecycle of one or more new AI-native agent initiatives focused on performance and talent management, from initial discovery to prototype delivery.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with customers, Field Development Engineers (FDEs), and engineering teams to create quick feedback loops for iterative development and validation.
• Develop and ship functional AI-based prototypes that address real business challenges and gain validation from stakeholders.
• Explore and define how individual agents within the portfolio can synergize for enhanced customer value.
• Drive cross-team collaboration encompassing product, engineering, design, data science, architecture, and go-to-market functions to ensure smooth transitions from prototype to launched solutions.
• Transform customer-specific outcome agents into standardized, resellable products that are practical, scalable, and easy to adopt by enterprise clients.
• Leverage customer feedback, adoption data, and performance metrics to continuously refine and improve products.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing product delivery in enterprise software, SaaS, AI, or platform environments.
• Proven proficiency with AI-native prototyping tools (e.g., Lovable, Claude, Co-Pilot) to expedite product definition and validation.
• Experience leading customer-facing product initiatives, capable of driving rapid iteration from discovery to market-ready solutions.
• Strong skills in translating complex, ambiguous client needs into clear product requirements and testable prototypes.
• Excellent prioritization, release planning, and stakeholder management capabilities within fast-paced, matrixed organizations.
• Exceptional communication and analytical abilities, comfortable working closely with technical teams and customers alike.

Preferred Experience

• Background in performance management or HR technology arenas, including goal-setting, performance review, or coaching platforms.
• Familiarity with managing multi-product or multi-agent portfolios, designing for integrated and complementary product experiences.
• Track record delivering AI agents, copilots, workflow, or decision-support products.
• Successful application of rapid prototyping methods to quicken product-market fit and user adoption.
• Collaboration experience with customer success, services, sales, and solution delivery teams.
