Role Overview

The Principal Product Manager role is a high-impact, senior individual contributor position focused on AI-powered product ownership. You will hold comprehensive responsibility for key product areas within our Edwin AI offerings—from ideation and development through to adoption. This position demands a customer-centric mindset, hands-on experience with AI technologies, and an eagerness to handle diverse tasks to ensure product success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full product lifecycle for significant Edwin AI components, including discovery, delivery, and user engagement.
• Engage deeply with customers to identify fundamental challenges and validate solution efficacy.
• Define clear and pragmatic product strategies and roadmaps based on customer needs, data insights, and business goals.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, go-to-market, and AI application teams.
• Make strategic product decisions across AI functionalities such as agents, workflows, and interactive AI experiences.
• Measure success through adoption rates, usage metrics, customer impact, and business achievements.

Typical Day-to-Day Activities

• Interact directly with customers via calls, demonstrations, and feedback follow-ups to gather actionable insights.
• Convert complex customer issues into focused product initiatives and delivered features.
• Partner with engineering teams to discuss scope, negotiate trade-offs, and fine-tune project execution.
• Apply AI knowledge practically, including prompt engineering, model evaluation, agent behaviors, and troubleshooting.
• Draft unambiguous product specifications and make swift, well-informed decisions.
• Wholeheartedly contribute to advancing product goals, embracing all necessary tasks regardless of scope.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 8-9 years of experience in product management, preferably within B2B software sectors.
• Proven hands-on expertise with AI-infused products and comprehensive understanding of AI systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead products end-to-end amid uncertainty and evolving conditions.
• Strong customer empathy and ease in engaging with clients directly.
• Capability to balance broad strategic perspectives with precise tactical execution.
• Excellent communication skills that foster alignment across teams without formal authority.
• A proactive, action-oriented approach coupled with comfort in agile and resourceful delivery.
