Role Overview

This position is focused on two main areas: managing the suite of products that enable 25,000 teachers to generate income—such as mentoring, live events, retreats, courses, and an integrated dashboard—and enhancing the content library by expanding its scope, bridging gaps between user searches and available content, and developing scalable systems for content growth and organization.

As an individual contributor reporting directly to the CEO, you will ideate, leverage AI to develop functional prototypes, and advance products for millions of users.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the product management of teacher income-generating features including mentoring, live events, retreats, courses, and related dashboard tools.
• Develop and implement systems that enable the scalable growth of high-quality content in the library.
• Identify content shortages by analyzing user search patterns and devise strategies to fill these gaps.
• Utilize AI technologies to conceptualize and create working product prototypes prior to engineering development.
• Engage directly with teachers to understand their audience-building and sales processes to better support their revenue growth.

Candidate Profile

• Extensive experience building consumer-facing products utilized by millions, overseeing features from concept through deployment.
• A passionate creator and problem solver who enjoys deep thinking and crafting elegant product solutions themselves.
• Knowledgeable in marketplace dynamics, specifically having developed for both sides of a marketplace; experience with creator platforms is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of creators' businesses and income generation mechanisms.
• Experienced in managing large-scale content libraries or pipelines with emphasis on maintaining quality amidst growth.
• Proficient and comfortable building with AI tools and can showcase AI-powered product prototypes they have developed.
