We are working with a global marketplace brand renowned for delivering a comprehensive suite of services that seamlessly connect merchants, individuals, and investors in the trading ecosystem. This organization is at a pivotal moment driven by innovation and growth, seeking a Principal Product Manager to spearhead the development of multiple products across both B2B and B2C channels.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Bring over 7 years of expertise in technology product management, focusing on delivering products that engage customers directly in B2B and/or B2C markets.
- Possess industry experience in SaaS, marketplace platforms, e-commerce, FinTech, or similar sectors.
- Demonstrate comprehensive end-to-end product management capabilities including strategy and roadmap development.
- Capable of managing and delivering across various product areas such as internal platforms, data-focused products, and external offerings.
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams effectively, influencing key decisions to steer product direction.
- Apply strong product design thinking and methodologies to drive product excellence.
- Have a firm grasp of agile frameworks and effectively integrate agile principles in product delivery.
