Position Overview

The Software and Digital Platforms (SDP) division at Analog Devices is looking for an experienced Senior Program/Project Manager to lead complex Enterprise Artificial Intelligence software initiatives. This role involves managing AI projects that span multiple industries and stages of product development, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. The successful candidate will collaborate extensively with stakeholders and cross-disciplinary teams to drive project delivery and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage large-scale Enterprise AI software programs while maintaining strict adherence to scope, schedule, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Lead Agile methodologies by coordinating with software teams, third-party contractors, and internal groups to foster effective teamwork and smooth component integration.
  • Act as the main liaison for project stakeholders and internal teams, maintaining transparent and consistent communication throughout all phases.
  • Identify potential risks proactively and implement strategies to mitigate them before impacting timelines or quality.
  • Define and oversee the program roadmap, ensuring it aligns with strategic business objectives, end-to-end project lifecycle management, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define use cases and translate technical details into concrete business value propositions.
  • Coordinate activities among AI researchers, data scientists, ML engineers, software developers, MLOps teams, and product management.
  • Communicate project status, insights, and lifecycle progress effectively to C-suite executives, technical specialists, and non-technical audiences.
  • Promote continuous process improvements by implementing best practices and standardized procedures to enhance project delivery efficiency.
  • Ensure consistent adherence to company policies and standard processes throughout project execution.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, AI/ML, engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience managing software projects within global teams, including Enterprise AI, AI/ML products, or large-scale AI deployments.
  • Strong technical expertise in software development lifecycle, requirements management, and change control.
  • Proven leadership abilities with effective decision-making, teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills; experience working across multiple time zones with diverse multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency with program management tools such as MS Project, Confluence, and JIRA for planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex technical and business information clearly to varied audiences.
  • Understanding of AI/ML lifecycle phases: data acquisition, model development, training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Knowledge of AI model performance metrics, retraining procedures, and typical challenges within AI systems.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with AI researchers, data scientists, ML engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with AI software-specific risks and expertise in developing success criteria, validation methods, and ethical AI governance frameworks.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet aggressive timelines.
  • A proactive, positive mindset with self-motivation and strong accountability.

Preferred Additional Skills

  • Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agile, AWS or Azure ML, TensorFlow Developer.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles managing client expectations successfully.
  • Knowledge of machine learning frameworks and cloud-based AI services.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, approximately 10% of the time.
