About the Role
Join a fast-growing technology company specialized in space communications as a Principal Analog IC Design Engineer. Located in Ireland with offices in Cork and Galway, the company develops advanced laser communication systems for satellites. The successful candidate will take charge of end-to-end analog IC design projects and provide mentorship within a multidisciplinary team including engineers from NASA.
Responsibilities
As Principal Analog IC Design Engineer, you will design and verify a broad range of analog circuits tailored for high-speed and photonic integrated circuits. The team is expanding rapidly, doubling in size this year, presenting an excellent chance to enhance your leadership capabilities.
Requirements
- BSc, MSc, or PhD in Electronics Engineering or a closely related discipline
- Over 10 years of solid experience in analog IC design with a demonstrated history of successful tape-outs using advanced node CMOS or BiCMOS technologies
- Experience with designing high-speed analog circuits is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Adaptable and driven mindset, thriving in a fast-evolving work environment
