Role Overview

We are seeking a Remote Booking.com & Airbnb Pricing Specialist to handle pricing management and optimization for our worldwide property portfolio. This position emphasizes setting competitive pricing, monitoring performance metrics, and utilizing dynamic pricing technologies to enhance revenue and occupancy rates.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and modify daily and seasonal pricing for Booking.com, Airbnb, and other relevant platforms.
• Observe competitor pricing activities, assess local demand, and keep abreast of market trends.
• Leverage pricing tools such as PriceLabs, AirDNA, and Beyond to predict and optimize pricing strategies.
• Generate reports on critical indicators including occupancy rates, average daily rate (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR).
• Coordinate with operations and marketing teams to develop promotions and special offers.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in pricing or revenue management within short-term rentals or platforms like Booking.com and Airbnb.
• Proven expertise in managing pricing on Booking.com is mandatory.
• Strong analytical capabilities with advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Proficient in using dynamic pricing software tools.
• Excellent command of English for effective communication.
• Ability to operate independently in a remote work environment.
• Candidates must not be concurrently employed by other companies.
