Pricing Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a Pricing Coordinator to join a multinational multimodal freight forwarding company based in Shepperton. This position involves providing day-to-day assistance to the Pricing and Commercial teams across various transport modes including Air, Ocean, Road Freight, and Customs services. The role supports the preparation and management of accurate, competitive, and commercially viable quotations, ensuring timely processing of pricing requests to aid the Sales Team in securing new and existing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Pricing Manager, Sales Team, Operations, and international partners to maintain updated pricing information across services.
• Obtain and verify supplier rates and input data accurately into CargoWise software.
• Ensure quotation activities are managed efficiently and within agreed deadlines.
• Support supplier negotiations and commercial projects as experience increases.

Requirements and Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate may come from a Freight Operations background but must possess strong pricing experience, potentially as a Pricing Analyst or Specialist. A keen aptitude for numerical work, detail orientation, and a desire to understand the commercial aspects of international logistics are essential attributes. You will work closely with the Pricing Manager to develop your freight pricing and supplier relationship skills, with opportunities for career progression within the team.

Additional Information

• Salary up to £40,000 annually depending on experience.
• Monday to Friday office-based work with a great social team atmosphere.
