About the Role

Save More Food Market in Minocqua, WI is inviting applications for a meticulous and dependable Pricing Associate to join the Pricing and Store Operations department full-time onsite. This role is crucial for maintaining precise pricing, managing weekly promotions, and ensuring shelf labels and displays are correctly placed to enhance the customer shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement weekly advertisement adjustments, update promotional pricing, and replace shelf tags accordingly.
• Produce, organize, and install shelf labels, promotional signs, and other displays store-wide.
• Ensure pricing consistency between the POS system and shelf tags.
• Conduct regular pricing audits to promptly address discrepancies.
• Collaborate with department supervisors to guarantee promotional products are correctly signed and priced.
• Maintain and update electronic pricing records and product data as required.
• Verify that promotional periods start and end as scheduled, ensuring timely pricing changes.
• Assist with setup of new items, removal of discontinued products, and update price changes.
• Support merchandising initiatives, store resets, and seasonal promotions.
• Keep pricing materials, equipment, and work areas well-organized.
• Report any pricing errors, system issues, or operational problems to management.
• Complete all assigned pricing duties accurately and within deadlines.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience in grocery retail, pricing, or merchandising is preferred but not mandatory.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong emphasis on accuracy.
• Basic proficiency with computers and an ability to learn pricing and POS systems efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet promotional deadlines weekly.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with various store departments.
• Dependable, punctual with consistent attendance.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 30 pounds during shifts.
• Flexible schedule availability including early mornings and some weekends according to promotional schedules.
