Role Overview

As a key member of the regional commercial team, the Pricing Analyst will have strategic responsibility in pricing decisions to enhance profitability and business competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage quotation requests, ensuring prompt responses to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in formulating and implementing pricing strategies tailored to the APAC region to drive profitability and market positioning.
• Conduct thorough pricing analyses and monitor market trends to uncover commercial opportunities.
• Analyze pricing performance metrics including profitability, win rates, and variances.
• Maintain accurate and consistent pricing databases, systems, and price books.
• Generate periodic management reports and business insights facilitating informed decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with sales, finance, and business units to provide pricing recommendations and support commercial initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• At least three years of professional experience in pricing analysis, commercial analytics, business intelligence, or revenue management.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with a strong commercial awareness.
• Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel covering financial modelling, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience handling pricing software, large datasets, or managing databases.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, capable of interacting confidently across various departments.
• Detail-focused with a commitment to accuracy and ongoing process improvements.
