Candidate Profile

• Minimum of three years' experience as a teacher and academic coordinator in a preschool setting.
• Skilled in managing young children effectively.
• Adept at cultivating positive relationships with parents, children, and coworkers.
• Proactive in identifying personal learning requirements and seeking development opportunities.
• Good mental and physical wellbeing.
• Possess a caring, warm personality with a sense of humor.
• Approachable, flexible, and receptive to feedback.
• Graduate degree holder or ECCE/NTT certified.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a welcoming demeanor.
