Role Overview
As a Presales Expert Consultant, your daily activities will include identifying client pain points and opportunities, defining valuable use cases, and effectively demonstrating how Thinkproject software meets customer needs. You will be a specialist in various Thinkproject business functions such as Common Data Environment (CDE) and contracts, with the capacity to configure and present solutions tailored to both Enterprise and Invest Accounts.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage new and existing account opportunities independently for transactional product sales or collaboratively for solution sales within a team setting.
- Support Sales in achieving revenue targets by providing technical insights throughout all stages of the opportunity lifecycle.
- Follow the Presales process by identifying business challenges during initial discussions and conducting value-driven client presentations using demos and presentations.
- Define product and solution scopes to facilitate smooth handover to implementation teams.
- Contribute to the presales knowledge base by creating and managing materials such as use cases, demos, storyboards, and video messages.
- Evaluate and respond to technical aspects of Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposal (RFP).
- Identify additional business opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Provide structured feedback to product and development teams.
Qualifications and Skills
- At least 3 years of verifiable experience in a similar presales role.
- Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Strong communication and consultancy skills.
- Expertise in business assessment incorporating strategic and analytical approaches.

Minimum education
Bachelor's Degree
