Presales Executive

About the Role

Enrich Housing India is seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Presales Executive to join their real estate team in Vashi, Mumbai. This role focuses on handling inbound and outbound leads, qualifying prospective clients, and coordinating site visits to assist the sales team in increasing conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls to generate and follow up on leads
• Assess and qualify leads based on customer requirements
• Schedule and organize site visits alongside sales personnel
• Consistently follow up to nurture and maintain engagement with prospects
• Keep CRM updated with accurate client information and interaction history
• Communicate project details, pricing, and promotional offers effectively to potential clients
• Maintain a strong conversion rate from leads to actual site visits

Candidate Requirements

• Between 3 to 6 years of experience in presales or inside sales, preferably in the real estate sector
• Excellent communication skills with a convincing approach
• Ability to follow up rigorously and negotiate well
• Familiarity with CRM software usage
• Result-driven and target-oriented mindset

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a fixed monthly salary ranging from INR 15,000 to INR 24,000, supplemented by performance-based incentives.

Additional Information

Applicants must be comfortable with extensive calling, lead management, and coordination tasks. Prior experience in real estate presales or telecalling is strongly preferred.
