Job description
Role Overview
The Premium Revenue Coordinator is responsible for managing finance operation processes, supporting internal business partners and members specifically in the Corporate Groups and Iwi sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of corporate groups and iwi, handling invoicing, renewals, and maintaining relationships.
- Accurately and promptly process policy transactions, member communications, and premium revenue administration.
- Address and resolve enquiries regarding policies, payments, and billing for members and internal teams.
- Track arrears, process payments and refunds, and keep accounts current.
