Role Overview and Responsibilities

  • Acquire new high-net-worth clients and expand assets under management (AUM) while meeting revenue objectives by nurturing strong, meaningful relationships with promising clients.
  • Collaborate with Analysts to assist clients on portfolio matters and provide detailed information on financial products including equities, mutual funds, structured products, and derivatives.
  • Perform market and client analyses to uncover sales prospects; generate leads through organizing and participating in investment seminars, client events, and roadshows.
  • Manage account opening processes, ensuring prompt and accurate completion of client documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with various internal teams to optimize service delivery, enhancing client satisfaction at all interactions.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business is preferred; candidates with equivalent relevant experience will also be considered. Having MAS Appointed Representative status or passing CMFAS examinations is an advantage.
  • At least three years of experience in the banking or financial services sector, ideally with direct engagement with clients.
  • Solid financial knowledge with familiarity or expertise in derivatives, structured products, private funds, and IPO services is beneficial.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to collaborate effectively with others, possessing strong interpersonal and client communication skills.
  • A customer-centric approach, committed to providing exceptional service quality.
