Pre-Primary Teacher

Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Pre-Primary Teacher to design and lead engaging activities suitable for young learners. The teacher will foster a safe and nurturing classroom atmosphere while employing play-based and creative teaching techniques to enhance children’s developmental skills.

Key Duties

• Plan and execute age-appropriate learning experiences.
• Create and maintain a positive, safe, and cheerful learning environment.
• Use interactive and playful teaching methodologies.
• Support development in communication, social, cognitive, and motor abilities.
• Manage classroom routines and discipline with a positive approach.
• Prepare educational materials including aids, worksheets, and activities.
• Monitor student progress and tailor support accordingly.
• Maintain professional communication with parents about their child’s development.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and school staff.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate degree preferred.
• Holdings of certifications like ECCE, NTT, Montessori, or E.C.C.Ed. considered advantageous.
• Strong command of English communication skills required.
• Possess a pleasant demeanor and a constructive outlook.
• Exhibit patience, caring nature, creativity, and high energy levels.
• Demonstrate effective classroom management capabilities.
• Passionate about working with children aged 2 to 6 years.
• Prior preschool or pre-primary teaching experience preferred; however, fresh candidates meeting qualifications are welcome.
