PR Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a PR Manager based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to develop and execute public relations strategies for technology products, especially smartphones, tailored to the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities

• Devise product public relations and communication plans based on product positioning, key selling points, and insights into the Saudi market. Adapt and localize global communication strategies and continually optimize them based on feedback to drive product volume and awareness.
• Lead the creation of product-related PR events and topics by analyzing current technology trends, consumer interests, and local social hotspots to produce influential content that resonates in Saudi Arabia.
• Develop brand public relations initiatives that integrate brand positioning with the local Saudi culture, organizing collaborations and events that enhance brand prestige, innovation perception, and distinctiveness among targeted audiences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key technology media outlets and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in Saudi Arabia, establishing a network to facilitate quality evaluations, media coverage, and endorsements that elevate brand and product reputation.
• Craft compelling product stories and core PR content such as press releases, review guides, and media briefs that effectively communicate technical features as user benefits to ensure clear and appealing dissemination.

Qualifications

• Deep familiarity with smartphones, technology products, or digital 3C industry; strong skills in product understanding, content creation, and PR topic planning. Experience working with mobile phone brands, tech media, or PR agencies is advantageous; digital enthusiasts are welcome.
• Good knowledge of the Saudi media landscape and KOL networks, demonstrated excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional team collaboration abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic is essential; English proficiency sufficient for work purposes; knowledge of Chinese language is considered a plus.
