About the Role

Healing Up is seeking an experienced PR Head to guide our public relations, outreach, collaborations, and external communications efforts. This role aims to enhance our visibility and strengthen our connection with youth communities worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage PR and outreach campaigns for Healing Up.
• Establish and nurture partnerships with colleges, organizations, content creators, communities, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and secure opportunities for collaborations, sponsorships, and events.
• Oversee professional communications including emails, proposals, and targeted outreach initiatives.
• Collaborate internally on campaign execution, event planning, and organizational announcements.
• Maintain accurate databases related to PR activities and partnerships.
• Represent Healing Up in all external communication platforms and engagements.
• Develop and implement strategies to boost public awareness and reach.
• Provide leadership and coordinate the PR team effectively.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong aptitude for networking and professional outreach.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
• Highly organized, proactive, and reliable individual.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn, Instagram, and professional email correspondence.
• Prior experience in public relations, marketing, student communities, or leadership roles is preferred.
