About the Role
We are urgently seeking a PPIC Manager with pharmaceutical industry experience to join a related pharma company. The ideal candidate should hold a B.Pharma or B.Sc. in Chemistry degree and possess 8 to 9 years of relevant experience. The position is based in Ropar, Punjab.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production plans aligned with sales forecasts, market trends, and machine capacity.
- Conduct Material Requirement Planning (MRP) to ensure timely availability of raw materials and packing materials for scheduled production batches.
- Maintain batch-wise and expiry-wise tracking of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and excipients to reduce material waste and write-offs.
Technical Skills and Knowledge
- Proficient use of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or specialized pharmaceutical manufacturing modules.
- Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, and formulas for comprehensive data analysis.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing workflows, batch processing, and strict adherence to cGMP and GDP standards.
