About Odevo and Our Mission

Odevo is committed to becoming the foremost international leader in residential property management. Recognising that residential real estate is the largest asset class globally and the most significant financial decision for families, we strive to transform an industry that has long underdelivered to homeowners and residents. Established just six years ago, we have expanded rapidly, growing over 70 times and employing more than 14,000 people across the US, UK, Nordics, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Mexico, and Italy. Our goal is to innovate and foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace where ideas prevail regardless of hierarchy and kindness is a core strength.

By fusing people and advanced technology, we redefine property management, simplifying residents' lives and enhancing the experience for property owners and management boards. Our ambition is to sustain rapid growth by expanding our customer base, services, and partnerships in existing and new markets, while remaining customer-focused and cutting through unnecessary bureaucracy.
