Power Platform Administrator

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Administrator to oversee the management, security, governance, and operational stability of the MATAR Power Platform tenant. This role requires a strong background in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform governance, combined with advanced technical expertise and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Power Platform environments, including Dataverse capacity and tenant configurations.
• Implement and maintain access controls, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, connector governance, and conduct access reviews.
• Operate and utilize the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kit for inventory management, monitoring, and governance reporting.
• Continuously monitor the platform’s health by analyzing alerts, capacity, and performance trends.
• Manage licensing, analyze usage patterns, and execute cost optimization strategies.
• Maintain thorough documentation including evidence, reports, and records to support audit, compliance, and cybersecurity protocols.
• Collaborate closely with Cybersecurity, Security Operations Center (SOC), and IT Operations teams to address risks, incidents, and remediation actions.

Required Skills and Experience

• 6 to 8 years of IT experience with minimum 4 years focused on Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform governance.
• Proficient in Power Platform administration, governance, ALM, Dataverse, and the Power Platform CoE Starter Kit.
• Expertise with Data Loss Prevention (DLP), DevOps, role-based access control (RBAC), environment management, and PowerShell scripting for Power Platform administration.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Graph, SharePoint Advanced Management (SAM), and Power Platform tenant security.
• PL-200 or PL-900 certification is preferred.

Desirable (Nice To Have) Skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft 365 Defender, Azure Log Analytics, Power Automate workflows.
• Basic Azure administration capabilities including Azure Application Gateway and Microsoft Purview.
