Role Overview
The Post-Placement Success Coach is responsible for delivering tailored support to individuals after they secure employment, ensuring long-term success in their roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance to employees following their job placement to enhance retention and satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with Employment Coaches and employers to promote stability and sustained employment outcomes.
- Maintain continuous engagement with clients post-placement to offer ongoing support and address challenges.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Familiarity with contractual work environments and related compliance issues.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license to facilitate travel as needed.
