Overview
Join a community-focused, locally owned store delivering health, beauty, and convenience services while placing excellent customer care at the forefront of every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and superior customer service at the retail postal outlet.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout area.
- Engage warmly with all customers, greeting them and ensuring positive experiences.
- Scan and accurately enter product information at checkout.
- Correctly handle cash, coupon, lottery ticket, and PC Optimum card transactions, consistently asking for customers' PC Optimum cards during purchases.
- Complete all customer receipt and goods return documentation in accordance with store protocols.
- Maintain merchandising standards including facing, signing, and labeling designated areas.
- Adhere strictly to loss prevention policies, controlling cash, lottery tickets, and stamp inventory effectively.
- Present a professional appearance compliant with uniform and dress code policies.
- Follow all health, safety, and store regulations thoroughly.
- Contribute to maintaining store housekeeping and image standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency with computers and point-of-sale register systems.
- Strong organizational skills including record keeping capabilities.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to multitask efficiently while balancing teamwork and customer service speed.

Compensation
