Overview

LightMine Global is seeking a skilled Portfolio Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, UAE. This position is ideal for a mid-level to senior investment professional with robust analytical capabilities and strategic thinking to manage investment portfolios effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and control investment portfolios to align with established goals.
• Formulate portfolio strategies driven by thorough market and investment studies.
• Conduct detailed research on various asset classes, market dynamics, and emerging investment avenues.
• Track portfolio performance, assess risk exposure, and manage asset distributions.
• Generate comprehensive investment reports, conduct performance evaluations, and prepare presentations for management.
• Perform financial and investment analyses to aid informed decision-making.
• Regularly revisit market conditions and modify portfolio tactics as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to investment protocols and internal regulatory policies.
• Work closely with teams across investment, finance, risk, and senior leadership.
• Keep precise records of portfolio activities and performance documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Investment Management, or similar disciplines.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in portfolio or investment management roles.
• In-depth understanding of financial markets, asset management tactics, and risk control.
• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and investment reporting.
• Excellent communication skills and experience managing various stakeholders.
• Possession of CFA or an equivalent certification is a plus.
• Experience working within UAE or GCC investment markets is advantageous.
