Job Overview

The Porter position based at Delta Sky Club in Salt Lake City involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the front of house areas, including tables, counters, floors, windows, and beverage stations. The role includes duties supporting smooth service operation and compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Clear, bus, and clean tables and floors before and during peak service times to prepare for guest services.
• Transport dishes and utensils with appropriate safety protocols, utilizing trays, bus tubs, or carts.
• Wash dishes, glasses, and pots by hand or with assigned dishwashing equipment, ensuring hygiene standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of display equipment throughout meal service in line with safety and sanitation policies.
• Assist with the receipt and safe storage of heavy deliveries by practicing proper lifting techniques.
• Adhere to HACCP standards concerning portion control, serving temperatures, and food presentation.
• Commit to personal and workplace safety, using specific protective equipment such as cut-resistant gloves and slip-resistant footwear.
• Comply with all company policies including safety procedures and use of personal protective gear.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a valid driver's license is mandatory.

Work Schedule and Location

This is a full-time role located at 3822 W. 1200 N., Salt Lake City, UT 84116. The working days and hours may vary and will be detailed during the interview process.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed wage rate of $18.00 per hour.
