About the Role
Join a team frequently honored as one of Nevada's Top Workplaces! Picerne Real Estate Group is seeking a Porter to maintain a high-end apartment community near Las Vegas. This role focuses on ensuring the property is consistently clean and well-kept.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep all common spaces and amenities spotless and orderly
- Monitor grounds and parking areas for cleanliness and security
- Perform minor maintenance tasks including light bulb replacement and painting
- Support maintenance personnel when requested
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly pay ranging from $16 to $17
- Opportunity to receive a 35% discount on apartments when available

Requirements
- Must have dependable transportation
- Successful completion of background and drug screenings prior to employment
