About the Role

We are seeking a committed Porter to support the efficient operation of healthcare services, working full-time on a 39-hour weekly contract. This role involves maintaining excellent standards of customer service and cleanliness. Shift Pattern

The work schedule involves rotating shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in the lobby and other public areas.
• Assisting housekeeping, restaurant, and banqueting teams with room setups and furniture relocation.
• Performing select reception tasks, including booking theatre tickets and making restaurant reservations.
• Addressing customer requests as needed.
• Running errands to support daily operations.
• Ensuring customer safety by placing and removing signs for wet floors or painting activities.
