Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Pool Cleaner to join our Austin, TX team. This role involves professional pool and spa maintenance and offers competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for growth within a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform meticulous cleaning of pool surfaces and floors, ensuring debris removal and balanced chemical levels.
- Maintain and service pool equipment to deliver superior quality standards.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with supervisors, dispatchers, customer service representatives, and clients to provide outstanding customer service.
- Maintain a consistent professional demeanor to foster positive relationships with customers and team members.
Requirements
- Possess a valid driver's license issued at least five years ago.
- Preferred minimum of six months' experience in residential or commercial pool cleaning.
- Willing and able to obtain Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification.
- Comfortable using electronic communication tools and various devices.
- Able to work in indoor and outdoor environments for prolonged periods, including extreme weather conditions.
- Capable of handling a workload involving 8 to 12 pools daily.
Compensation & Benefits
- First-year earning potential between $40,000 and $60,000 depending on performance.
- Training hourly pay ranging from $20 to $22, determined by experience.
