Key Responsibilities

• Maintain assigned pool and spa routes with excellent customer service.
• Thoroughly brush, sweep, vacuum pool/spa interiors as needed.
• Monitor and adjust chemical balances to ensure water safety and clarity.
• Clear skimmer and pump baskets and perform filter cleaning or backwashing when necessary.
• Ensure all pool systems function properly and maintain cleanliness around pool areas.
• Report any repairs or maintenance concerns to customers promptly.
• Promote Poolwerx products to clients and manage inventory in company vehicle.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 21 years old for insurance eligibility.
• Able to provide Department of Motor Vehicle records when requested during the hiring process.
• Physical capability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
